Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:​

Free shipping over $100.00!!

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase using USPS Ground Advantage which comes with up to $100 in insurance. I will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, contact me and I will file a claim with USPS. If damaged, please keep your packaging and damaged items and send pictures to me so I can use them when I file the claim. You may be asked to take your item to your local post office for inspection.

Returns:

All hats are adjustable and come with foam inserts for a better fit. For this reason and for sanitary safety, hats, hair clips, and earrings are non-returnable. All other items may be returned and refunded at buyer's expense within 30 days of purchase as long as item is still in new condition. All items will be in excellent shape when shipped or picked up. I will not be responsible for damage caused in transit (please see shipping policy above). If there is an issue with your order or your item truly has a defect, please reach out to me so we can discuss options. I will do my best to make it right. I pride myself on quality work and being fair if a product is defective.
