Hand Painted Engraved Hat

13.5"x15" This hat does not come with an adjustable strap but will include 3 adhesive foam pads to place under the inner band to help with fit. If more foam pads are needed, they can be purchased on Amazon. This hat is hand laser burned and then hand painted.
